The family is selling because they may not be able to keep paying for it. They did a ton of work on it but as it’s a cave there is still a lot more work to do.
Apparently there is a stage that was used by Tina Turner and Ted Nugent, among others, in the back somewhere.

ha! I heard since Feb 6 they have had over 3million hits to their website with curious people. Listing starts at $300k, it must be worth a lot more, who knows!
